A clear brief brings your idea closer to a quote.

Prepare what you know, then mark the questions you want to discuss.

01

Describe the product in one paragraph

Name the product, describe its contents, give the target weight or volume, and explain how the pack will be used. Add the planned filling process and distribution conditions. You do not need to know every material name to start.

02

Separate decisions from questions

Use two columns in your brief: decided and open for discussion. This makes your requirements clear while preserving room to explore. For example, the fill weight may be fixed while the pouch type and closure remain open.

Product and variantsSuitable packaging type
Target fill quantityDimensions and gusset
Brand identityMaterials, features, and finishes
03

State the quantity for each design

Break the total quantity down by design or SKU. Include the delivery destination and your preferred target date. Savora custom production generally starts from 10,000 pieces; actual MOQ depends on packaging type, material, construction, and SKU, and is confirmed in the quotation.

04

Send references that are easy to interpret

Bring artwork or visual references, size references, an SKU list, and any special notes. Name files by product, variant, and revision. Savora’s quotation form prepares an initial summary; supporting files are attached directly in the WhatsApp conversation.
